The Vanishing Villa: Writer’s Block

It’s ironic that my first post here is about my struggle to complete my latest project, rather than a celebration of this wonderful new site!

I’ve been stuck on the sequel to my first Inspector Ambrose story for about a week and a half now! It seems like I just can’t quite tie the last few pieces of the story together. It’s also blown out a little more than I’d hoped – currently sitting at 16,000 words.

I’ll be buckling down tonight to try and focus in on tying the end together. Then the painful process of editing it down to a slightly shorter length begins.
